The Catholic Studies program at Aquinas College is committed to "a continuing reflection in the light of the Catholic faith upon the growing treasury of human knowledge" (Ex Corde Ecclesiae, §13.2). Its program embodies the vision of the Second Vatican Council, namely, "to order the whole of human culture to the news of salvation so that the knowledge the students gradually acquire of the world, life and man is illumined by faith (GRAVISSIMUM EDUCATIONIS, Declaration on Christian Education, §8). - Eduardo Echeverria
